Shopping with RideShift

These terms apply to purchases made through our RideShift online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. We are responsible for customer support and the products we sell.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Each RideShift belt kit contains one passenger grip belt; any additional services are listed with the selected kit. The belt is a passenger grip accessory, not a restraint or certified protective device. Check fit and follow the supplied product and motorcycle instructions.

Review the selected kit, quantities, shipping charges, taxes and total before submitting your order. Current prices and available offers are shown on the product page and at checkout. Previous orders retain the offers and coverage purchased with those orders.

Delivery and returns

We currently accept US delivery addresses. Our shipping policy explains delivery estimates and charges. Our return and refund policy explains defective-item claims and optional store-backed shipping protection. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and contact us promptly if an order needs correction.
